Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package up to $122,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify. Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact! Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Scheduling and Work-Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work from home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment related work from home days per year. Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Almost 30 days off in Year One: Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days – no guilt, just rest. Manageable Caseloads: You’ll support up to 8 children, so you’re set up to succeed without burning out. No Non-Compete Clauses: We believe great talent doesn’t need restrictions. Training & Development: Join Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Team, mentor and train clinicians in evidence‑based ABA practice. Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality. Clinical Guidance: Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring clinical industry leading clinicians such as Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri. Education and Support Continuing Education: A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events. Your Role Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
