Clinical Director - Behavioral Health in Tucson, Yuma, Casa Grande, & Paige AZ We are seeking a Clinical Director for our leading behavioral health facility in Tucson, AZ . This brand new role, created due to company expansion, is perfect for a licensed counselor or social worker passionate about leading a team and making a difference in their community. Summary As Clinical Director, you will: Establish program direction Monitor management of program resources Coordinate overall service delivery and personnel administration at our outpatient clinics Ensure provision of quality and cost-effective integrated services Work with community partners, business leaders, and other programs to expand our facility's programming Make our facility the agency of choice for patient referrals and contract expansion Job Highlights Schedule: Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) with rotating on-call duty (mostly phone calls, on-site visits rare and mainly for extreme crisis situations) Opportunity to shape this new role and influence the facility's direction Competitive Salary: 104,000 - 115,000 annually (up to 135,000 for exceptional candidates) On-call stipend: 670 per month This is a new role so you will have the ability to make your stamp on this role and facility!
