SUPERVISORY HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Job Title
The duties of this position include:
Providing operational and technical oversight to the Family Housing and Unaccompanied Housing programs.
Developing and implementing short and long range plans for the renovation of a variety of assets and facilities dispersed over a wide geographic area.
Developing community plans and designs and/or reviewing designs for renovations and new construction.
Serving as the primary spokesperson to interface between installation management, higher authority within the DoN, the Public Private Venture (PPV) Business Entity, and tenants.
Being responsible for the development, justification and defense of required budgets based on known and anticipated requirements, utility consumption and repair and improvement expenditures.
