What You’ll Do: Assist members with billing questions and payment options Make outbound calls on past‑due accounts Handle collections for membership financing Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, solutions‑focused support Requirements What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable discussing billing and collections with professionalism Organized and detail‑oriented Experience in customer service, billing, or collections is a plus Additional Requirements: Must pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
