ECommerce Project Manager

Our client is seeking an eCommerce Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As an eCommerce Project Manager, you will be part of the Digital Operations department supporting cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and site experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organization, collaborative spirit, and a passion for digital innovation, which will align successfully in the organization.

Manage and oversee the full Product Detail Page process with cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery and quality. Coordinate and communicate with global markets and internal teams to facilitate asset creation, updates, and approvals. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and trackers for digital campaigns and site updates. Ensure quality assurance of digital assets, including animations, textures, and packshots, prior to market release. Lead cross-team meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items to keep projects on track and aligned with strategic goals.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in e-commerce project management, with a focus on driving sales and measurable growth. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. Strong understanding of current e-Commerce trends, strategies, and digital content management. Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
