Location: Eleanor, WV
Schedule: Multiple shifts available – All Shifts
Pay Rate: $14.07 – $15.57 per hour , depending on shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Load, assemble, and inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Work efficiently on an assembly line in a fast-paced production environment
• Follow all company safety rules, instructions, and procedures
• Maintain established productivity and quality standards
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Carefully inspect finished and unfinished parts for accuracy and defects
• Follow instructions and communicate with supervisors or team members when needed
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a steady-paced production environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required
• Must be able to stand and remain active for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality
• Must be able to work independently while also functioning well as part of a team
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining good attendance
