Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000Key ResponsibilitiesManage IT help desk and support ticketing systemOversee hardware, software, and system maintenanceSupport network and infrastructure performanceTroubleshoot technical issues across departmentsMaintain IT documentation and system logsSupport vendor coordination and system updatesTrack IT performance metrics and service levelsAdditional duties as assignedAI & Automation RequirementMust implement AI-powered help desk and ticket routing systemsResponsible for automating repetitive IT support tasksExpected to use AI tools for diagnostics, documentation, and system monitoringMust continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual IT workload through automation
