What You'll Do: As the Client Services Coordinator , you'll serve as the primary communication link between clients and internal teams, helping ensure projects remain on schedule while delivering a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Responsibilities include: Coordinate and manage active customer projects and orders Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Provide proactive status updates to customers throughout each project Partner with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are exceeded Maintain accurate information across multiple systems and reports Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries Identify solutions and help create a positive customer experience at every touchpoint What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate is: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Passionate about providing outstanding customer service Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Experienced in project coordination and customer support Familiar with Monday.com (preferred, but not required) Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience 2+ years of project coordination experience 2+ years of Microsoft Excel experience Starting Salary: $50,000-$60,000 (based on experience) Benefits include: 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Professional Development Opportunities Retirement Plan Why This Opportunity?
