We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative, Logistics & Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team at 2MODA LLC | BACKPACKSUSA.COM In the wholesale world, precision is everything. You will be the bridge between our inventory, our customers, and our financials, ensuring that orders flow smoothly and the books remain balanced.

Key Responsibilities

• E-Commerce & Wholesale Order Processing: Accurately process e-commerce and wholesale orders, enter and maintain order records, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Shipping & Logistics Coordination: Prepare shipping documentation, coordinate with carriers, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, assist with order statuses, and provide positive customer experience.
• Order Return Processing: Manage product returns and exchanges, inspect returned items, update inventory, and communicate outcomes to customers.
• Bookkeeping: Manage AP/AR, process invoices, reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements, and assist with payroll using QuickBooks online and other company applications.
• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to track incoming inventory and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Administrative Support: Maintain digital filing systems, manage company contracts and insurance, and handle incoming inquiries via phone and email.
• Reporting: Generate weekly sales and inventory reports to help the leadership team make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in bookkeeping or office administration (experience in wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution is a huge plus).
• Software Savvy: Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to Detail: You catch the double-billing error before it happens.
• Adaptability: You can pivot from a complex spreadsheet to a customer service call without missing a beat.
• Reliability: You understand that timely payments and shipments are the lifeblood of our business.
