Customer Service Representative

LHH is partnering with a growing company near Twinsburg, OH to hire a Customer Service Representative. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a fast-paced environment, strong team support, and long-term career potential.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and inbound inquiries
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Assist with order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution
Handle customer concerns, billing questions, and account updates
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service
Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking

Qualifications

Previous call center or office/customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
Positive, team-oriented attitude
