- Rotating weekday evening shifts: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Every other weekend: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Additional hours may be available when covering for the primary receptionist during absences, vacations, or other scheduling needs.
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain the front desk and reception area
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and messages
- Assist residents, patients, families, and staff with inquiries
- Cover reception shifts as needed
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and flexibility with scheduling
