Claims Adjuster

We are working with a personal auto insurance carrier headquartered in Plantation, Florida, who is seeking a bilingual Claims Adjuster to join their team. They are known for delivering a simple, affordable claims experience built on innovation and service excellence. This role manages claims end-to-end and is a strong fit for an adjuster who thrives in a high-volume environment and brings genuine customer focus. Key Responsibilities Investigate, evaluate, and resolve personal auto insurance claims from intake through closure Review policies to verify coverage and address coverage questions and disputes Manage customer interactions and respond to demands, requests, and inquiries with clear, documented communication Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders throughout the claims process Maintain timely and detailed claim records in compliance with Florida regulations and company standards We are ideally looking for people who hold an active Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License and bring hands-on claims experience in a high-volume setting. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required. People who have been the most successful in this org are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented, with strong communication and analytical skills and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office.
