Overview Senior Associate - Growth Equity . A lower middle market investment firm is looking to add an Associate to its Boston-based team. Responsibilities Proactively source and develop investment opportunities through outbound outreach and relationship building Build and maintain long-term relationships with founders, executives, and intermediaries Support deal execution including financial analysis, modeling, and diligence Conduct market research across relevant sectors Assist with portfolio company initiatives and ongoing performance tracking Contribute to pipeline discussions and investment decision-making Qualifications 1-4 years of investment banking experience (strong deal exposure preferred) Prior internship experience in finance Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset Demonstrated ability or interest in sourcing / relationship-driven investing Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment High ownership, curiosity, and strong communication skills Context Lean team environment with significant responsibility early Blend of sourcing, execution, and portfolio exposure (not purely execution-focused) Relationship-driven investment approach #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
