As the primary point of contact for homeowners, this position is responsible for building customer relationships, scheduling appointments, coordinating service requests, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our craftsmen. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests using company software Communicate effectively with customers, craftsmen, and management Follow up with customers regarding estimates, appointments, and completed projects Assist with customer concerns and help ensure a positive resolution Maintain accurate customer records and job information Support daily office operations and contribute to overall team success What We're Looking For: Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and office applications Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail Previous customer service, administrative, scheduling, or call center experience is preferred but not required Why Join Ace Handyman Services Lake Norman? They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry. Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customersfolks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
