Director, Product Manager - Enterprise Customer Status Experiences

As the Product Manager for Enterprise Customer Status Experiences, you will be shaping how customers stay informed and confident throughout important moments, from submitting requests to completing transactions. You will be designing and delivering simple, clear ways for customers to check status, reducing uncertainty and helping them move forward. By creating seamless experiences across web and mobile, you will be making it easier for people to get what they need—without having to pick up the phone—and opening up new ways to connect with them at the right time. The Expertise and Skills You Bring You bring a combination of product thinking, curiosity about customer behavior, and the ability to turn ideas into real experiences. You enjoy connecting the dots—learning from how people use products, identifying opportunities, and shaping solutions that make a meaningful difference. Bachelor’s degree required 10+ years of experience in product management, digital product, or related roles Experience working on customer‑facing web and/or mobile experiences Experience defining product direction and turning ideas into delivered solutions Comfortable working across teams and building alignment in complex organizations Experience using customer feedback, usage patterns, and testing to guide decisions Experience partnering closely with engineering teams to bring ideas to life You are able to break down complex problems into clear, actionable steps, balancing long‑term vision with day‑to‑day execution. You communicate ideas in a way that brings others along, building trust and shared understanding across business and technology partners. You bring a thoughtful approach to making decisions, using data, feedback, and experience to guide your path forward. The Team We are part of a broader organization focused on building digital experiences that make it easier for people to manage important moments in their financial lives. Our team creates the systems and experiences that help customers understand the status of their requests and transactions—bringing clarity to situations that can otherwise feel uncertain. We work closely with teams across the company, including Product, Engineering, Design, and business groups, to deliver connected experiences that feel consistent no matter where customers engage. Our goal is simple: help people feel informed, in control, and confident in their interactions. Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles. The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$222,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
