Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our footprint throughout the Roanoke area.

Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to cultivate a thriving, productive sales team.

Consult with potential clients to assess their unique risks and design comprehensive coverage solutions.

Foster lasting partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to build a strong referral network.

Analyze sales metrics regularly to identify growth opportunities and adjust tactics to reach our shared goals.

Maintain an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations to ensure our clients receive the most accurate advice.

Requirements

Active Virginia Property Casualty insurance license.

Proven track record of success in insurance sales and relationship management.

Deep understanding of the local Roanoke community and regional market dynamics.

Strong ability to mentor others and influence outcomes through positive leadership.

Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems to manage a book of business.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
