Work with Finance, Operations, and Sales to review end-of-life inventory and drive appropriate disposition actions.
Lead monthly inventory review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders and track follow-up actions.
Identify process improvement opportunities that strengthen demand planning, supply planning, and inventory efficiency.
Support automation and system enhancement ideas that improve planning accuracy and reduce manual work.
Partner with the Data Analytics team to develop digital solutions that provide meaningful insights into inventory health.
Use fact-based analysis to balance service levels, inventory turns, and inventory investment.
Stay close to the data and the operational reality so recommendations are practical and actionable.
Build trust with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Planning by aligning assumptions early and communicating clearly.
Review exceptions, root causes, and trends consistently so risks are identified before they affect service.
