RN/LPN

About the Role:

Panacea Home Healthcare LLC is looking for dedicated and compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our growing team in Springboro OH. This is a one -on-one Home Healthcare. The hours are Monday through Friday 4pm to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 12 noon. NOTE: New graduates are equally welcome and will be given the necessary training

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in home settings, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans
• Assist client to take her bath
• medication administration
• Peg and trach care (The patient trach is capped and the patient is on room air)
• Document patient progress, changes in condition, and care provided in accordance with agency standards
• Engage client in recreational activities

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio in good standing
• Previous home health, long-term care, or clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to client's home
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills
