The Database Administrator will ensure that business-critical data remains available, accurate, secure, and performant. The role involves database installation, configuration, performance monitoring, backup and recovery, security management, troubleshooting, and capacity planning. The DBA will work closely with software developers, data engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and business teams to ensure reliable data services. Key Responsibilities Install and configure database systems. Optimize SQL queries and database structures. Perform database backups and recovery. Manage user access and permissions. Implement database security controls. Troubleshoot database performance issues. Plan database capacity and scalability. Work with developers on database design.
