Qualifications

• 5 + years of proven administrative assistant experience supporting senior executives.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex schedules efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare detailed reports and presentations.
• Experience with calendar management tools and virtual meeting platforms to coordinate meetings and communications.
• Experience supporting C-Suite teams is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for multiple senior finance executives.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents to support the corporate finance team.
• Serve as a liaison between the finance leadership and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate communication and follow-up on key initiatives.
• Organize and coordinate corporate finance events, meetings, and conference calls, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
• Assist with special projects and provide administrative support to enhance the productivity of the finance leadership team.
