Partner AI Architect: Strategic Enablement & Enterprise AI

Genesys is seeking a Partner AI Architect to drive AI-powered customer experience strategies with strategic partners and GSIs. You will design end-to-end AI systems, implement scalable RAG architectures, and shape product direction through partner and customer feedback.
