Job Overview

WonderCare Staffing is seeking experienced, reliable, and compassionate Spanish-speaking Live-In Nannies/Housekeepers to work with families in Hollywood, Florida, and surrounding South Florida communities.

We are looking for dedicated individuals who enjoy caring for children and helping families maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing home environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking stable, long-term placements with private families.

Private live-in accommodations are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for children of various ages.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, school preparation, and bedtime.
• Plan age-appropriate educational, creative, and recreational activities.
• Perform light housekeeping related to childcare, including children's laundry, organizing bedrooms, and maintaining play areas.
• Assist with school transportation and children's activities when needed.
• Communicate with parents about children's daily routines, activities, and well-being.
• Maintain a safe, clean, positive, and organized home environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish required.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a nanny, childcare provider, or household assistant.
• Willingness to accept live-in positions.
• Must currently reside in the United States.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to complete a background check.
• Non-smoker.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Reliable, trustworthy, patient, organized, and family-oriented.
• Willingness to relocate within the Hollywood, Florida, area if required for a placement.

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time employment opportunities.
• Typical schedules range from 8–12 hours per day, depending on family needs.
• Daytime, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight availability may be required.
• Competitive weekly compensation based on experience and placement requirements.
• Private live-in accommodations provided.
• Paid time off and scheduling flexibility may be available, depending on the placement and applicable employment terms.

Responsabilidades

• Brindar cuidado atento y cariñoso a niños de diferentes edades.
• Ayudar con las rutinas diarias, incluyendo comidas, higiene, preparación para la escuela y hora de dormir.
• Planificar actividades educativas, creativas y recreativas apropiadas para la edad.
• Realizar tareas ligeras relacionadas con el cuidado infantil, como lavar la ropa de los niños, organizar sus habitaciones y mantener limpias las áreas de juego.
• Ayudar con el transporte escolar y las actividades infantiles cuando sea necesario.
• Mantener una comunicación clara con los padres sobre las actividades diarias y el bienestar de los niños.
• Mantener un ambiente seguro, limpio, positivo y organizado.

Requisitos

• Hablar español con fluidez.
• Conocimientos básicos de inglés preferidos.
• Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia profesional como niñera, cuidadora infantil o asistente del hogar.
• Disponibilidad para aceptar posiciones internas (Live-In).
• Residir actualmente en los Estados Unidos.
• Contar con autorización legal para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
• Disponibilidad para completar una verificación de antecedentes.
• No fumar.
• Licencia de conducir válida e historial de manejo limpio, preferidos.
• Ser una persona responsable, paciente, organizada y confiable.
• Disponibilidad para mudarse dentro del área de Hollywood, Florida, si el puesto lo requiere.

Horario y compensación

• Oportunidades de tiempo completo.
• Horarios habituales de 8 a 12 horas al día, según las necesidades de la familia.
• Puede requerirse disponibilidad durante el día, por la tarde, los fines de semana y ocasionalmente durante la noche.
• Pago semanal competitivo según la experiencia y los requisitos del puesto.
