Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse for a healthcare organization located in a medical facility. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, with scheduled shifts on days, and a focus on trauma and emergency protocols. The role requires a proactive approach to patient assessment and crisis management.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience; no minimum years of experience required; appropriate education and licensing to practice in the specified location
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The position involves working in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma environment, requiring skillfulness in trauma care and emergency protocols. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical judgment and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
