Maintenance Assistant

Position Overview We are looking for Maintenance Assistants at Warren Barr Oak Lawn, a Gold Seal of Approval facility in Oak Lawn, Illinois. Location 9401 S Kostner Ave, Oak Lawn, IL 60453 Responsibilities As a Maintenance Assistant you will ensure the physical aspects of the facility are in proper working order. Your work will include performing repair tasks throughout the facility, assisting with scheduling outside contractors for extensive repairs, monitoring equipment and systems maintenance schedules, and performing routine maintenance on facility equipment and systems. Qualifications Minimum education: High school Diploma or equivalent.
