Job Description
The Warehouse and Logistics Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse, material handling, and internal logistics activities in a project-based, Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environment. This role ensures safe, efficient, and accurate flow of materials from receipt through kitting, staging, and shipment while supporting production and project execution.
This position plays a critical role in inventory accuracy, space utilization, ERP/WMS effectiveness, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes as the business scales. The hiring range for this role falls respectively between $80,000-$110,000 based on experience.

Skills and Requirements
8-10 years of progressive experience in warehouse and logistics management.
Experience in an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) or project-based manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic preferred) and warehouse management systems (could be SAP, Oracle, or any other ERP systems)
Exp managing 6-10 people Lean / Continuous Improvement training or certification
Forklift or material-handling equipment certification oversight experience
APICS cert
