What You'll Do
- Provide independent, routine, and advanced nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment
- Assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and manage side effects
- Document patient histories, symptoms, medication administration, and care plans accurately
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health conditions and treatments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate quality patient outcomes
- Manage high-acuity cases including stroke, STEMI, trauma, psychiatric, geriatric, and pediatric emergencies
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Texas or a compact state
- BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), and TNCC certifications
- Minimum 1 year of ER or critical care experience
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Experience managing diverse patient populations including trauma, psychiatric, and pediatric patients
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment

Join a leading facility in Mount Pleasant, Texas, renowned for its high-volume ER serving a broad patient demographic. The unit includes a 16-bed emergency room with a trauma bay and fast-track beds. The ER handles a variety of cases including strokes, STEMI, traumas from MVCs, psychiatric emergencies, geriatric, and pediatric patients. The cath lab operates 24/7, ensuring comprehensive acute care.
