Shipping & Receiving Clerk
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for receiving materials, processing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive deliveries and enter transactions into the ERP system.
- Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Prepare Bills of Lading and shipping documentation.
- Package, label, and organize outgoing shipments.
- Process UPS and FedEx shipments.
- Assist with inventory accuracy and material movement.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and shipping equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous Shipping & Receiving experience preferred.
- Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping systems.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Experience using barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
