Staff AccountantOur client is family owned and operated and has been in the construction industry for over 10 years. Due to growth, they are hiring a Staff Accountant to work in their office. This position will begin immediately after an interview on a contractual basis and can become permanent for the right candidate.Job Responsibilities:Full cycle APHandle AR and billingWeekly multistate payrollGeneral bookkeepingMaintain GLPerform month end closeAssist with projects and work with project managersAdmin duties including answering the phone when neededQualifications for the Construction Staff Accountant:3+ years’ accounting experience requiredIntermediate Excel skills requiredConstruction industry experience highly preferredRecent experience with Sage 100 highly preferredSuperb written and verbal communication skills
