Front Desk Agent The Edgewater Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team! The Front Desk Agent's duties will include (but not limited to): Provide excellent guest service and problem resolution to AAA Four Diamond standards. Check guests in and out. Follow checklists, run reports, handle cash and other payments, make reservations for walk‑ins. Effectively communicate guest requests to other departments, and resolve guest issues promptly with a positive outcome. Schedule Shifts are as early as 6 am and end as late as 10 pm. This position will require mostly PM shifts, including weekends and holidays. This is a seasonal position of expected dates being 5/1 to 9/1. Subject to change.
