Job Description
- Draft legal documents including discovery motions, summaries, briefs, affidavits, and correspondence.
- Conduct factual investigations and analyze case data to support litigation strategy.
- Perform legal research, organize case materials, and maintain detailed case files.
- Translate and interpret Spanish documents and dictations as needed.
- Assist in all phases of discovery and trial preparation, including coordinating exhibits and preparing binders.
- Monitor case progress, deadlines, budgets, and trial logistics.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure cases are trial-ready and thoroughly supported.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- At least 1+ years of personal injury litigation experience required.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable under deadlines.
