Job Details The Jefferson College of Nursing is seeking a Clinical Adjunct Instructor responsible for providing high-quality clinical instruction and supervision to nursing students in a variety of clinical settings. This role involves guiding students in applying theoretical knowledge to real-world healthcare scenarios, assessing student performance, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Responsibilities The Clinical Adjunct Instructor will work closely with nursing program faculty and staff to ensure the success of the clinical component of the program. Responsibilities include: Utilizing contemporary and innovative teaching methodologies in classroom, laboratory/simulation, and clinical settings. Providing ongoing assessment and feedback on student performance. Participating in professional activities related to the area of clinical expertise. Interacting with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the enterprise. Qualifications BSN required. Master's degree in nursing highly preferred; candidates without a master's must be currently enrolled in a master's nursing program. Eligible/current for licensure to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or Compact Nursing License. Evidence of ongoing clinical competency.
