Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estate Housekeeper for a full-time, direct hire opportunity supporting a private luxury residence in Crystal Cove, Laguna Beach, CA. This role is ideal for a polished, discreet, and detail-driven professional who takes pride in maintaining a white-glove household environment.

The Estate Housekeeper will work under the direction of the Estate Manager and/or Lead Housekeeper and may support multiple local properties as needed. Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain all interior spaces to an exceptional white-glove standard.
- Care for fine furnishings, rugs, draperies, fixtures, silver, and metalwork using proper handling and polishing techniques.
- Manage laundry, linens, household inventory, stocking, expiration tracking, and dry cleaning coordination.
- Prepare guest suites, living areas, and household spaces for events, visitors, and daily use.
- Assist with outdoor area upkeep, garage organization, and light pet care as needed.
- Follow household procedures while maintaining absolute discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $35.00 per hour.
- Annual equivalent range: $69,000 to $72,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time with rotating shifts required.
- Day shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Evening shift: 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Overnight shift: 8:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Maintain luxury residence interiors, guest areas, household spaces, and specialty surfaces to a white-glove standard.
- Manage laundry, linens, inventory, stocking, dry cleaning coordination, and household readiness.
- Support guest suite preparation, event preparation, outdoor upkeep, garage upkeep, and light pet care.
- Follow direction from the Estate Manager and/or Lead Housekeeper while working independently and prioritizing daily tasks.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury residence, estate, hotel, or high-end hospitality environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Fluent English communication skills, including reading, writing, and messaging.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs., stand for extended periods, and climb ladders or stairs.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, organization, and follow-through.
- Polished, punctual, trustworthy, and absolutely discreet.
- Comfortable working independently and adapting to rotating shifts.
- Must successfully complete a thorough background and reference check.
- Absolute confidentiality is a condition of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in a private estate, luxury residence, or five-star hospitality setting.
- Experience caring for fine furnishings, delicate fabrics, silver, rugs, draperies, and high-end household finishes.
- Familiarity with household inventory systems, guest preparation standards, and formal home protocols.
