Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7 pm - 7 am), every other weekend.

12-week assignment with a maximum of 7 days RTO. Travelers are expected to work during major holidays based on the holiday count in their assignment period.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed.
• First-time travelers are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in labor and delivery.
• Monitor fetal and maternal well-being throughout the labor process.
• Assist with interventions and manage complications during deliveries.
• Educate patients and families regarding labor and delivery procedures.
• Document nursing care provided and patient responses appropriately.

Full compliance is required to start on time. Orientation hours are non-billable and are determined by contract length. Compliance checks will be performed prior to assignment start.
