Sr.Net Developer
Duration: 1 Year+ (conversion potential)
Type of Work: Hybrid (2-3 days’ on-site; 2-3 days’ remote)
On-site Location: Ft. Washington, PA
Interview Process:
- 1-1.5-hour Video I/V with the team; followed by mandatory on-site meet & great in Ft. Washington, PA
- Do not send candidates who can’t come on-site for meet & greet.
Job Overview
Assist business analysts to translate business requirements into technical requirements, interacting with business owners. Provide guidance on implementing business logic, with a focus on simplicity, efficiency, scalability, and supportability.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Consults with business owners and business analysts to clarify business requirements.
- Troubleshoots and provides solutions for functional, performance, or logic problems in testing or production environments.
- Ensures support teams are educated on significant changes to production environment
- Produce software to satisfy the requirements of the project
Job Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
•8+ years’ experience in software design and development with .Net Technologies/Frameworks such as ASP.Net and C#.
•Solid understanding of the entire software development life cycle process, including requirements, analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation across multiple development methodologies (e.g. waterfall, iterative, prototyping, agile).
•Expertise with ASP.Net MVC and C# 4.5.
•Highly proficient with SQL language and relational database concepts including:
- T-SQL
- Stored Procedures
- Views
- Performance Tuning
- Query Optimization.
•Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
•Experience in writing effective APIs (Rest based)
•Proven experience as a Full Stack.Net Developer
•Experience in .Net programming and application design
•Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
•Employee must possess good communication skills
•Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
•Must be able to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
•Independent problem solving and self-direction
