Job Overview The IT Support Technician II performs a variety of technical support services related to the installation, operation, repair, and diagnosis of computer equipment and related services. Also provide technical user support assistance, both remote and at the desk side. Assists with projects and special requests as needed. Minimum Requirements A combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science, along with 2-4 years of experience in computer support, troubleshooting, and repair. Certified as an “A+ Certified Technician” preferred. Valid California Driver’s License, automobile, and auto insurance for traveling to remote facilities. EPIC Electronic Health Record system knowledge preferred. Compensation $30.23 - $37.79 hourly Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
