Traffic Coordinator

As a Traffic Coordinator, you will organize information from advertisers, agencies, as well as our sales and production departments. You will perform assigned Traffic duties needed to complete the daily commercial and program station logs, while also serving as a backup to our other Traffic Coordinators for the CW Network. Responsibilities To receive, interpret and input highly detailed commercial copy based on agency instructions, flight dates, rotations and multiple revisions within log deadlines To work with sales and sales assistants (both internally and on the agency side) in a professional manner answering questions regarding commercials and copy rotations To maintain commercial copy instructions/files To manage and work with digital systems to receive commercial materials To maintain the commercial library and its inventory To assist with daily log editing and finalizing within log deadlines To be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and independently as needed. Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous Television/Radio/Advertising Traffic experience preferred Ability to work in a deadline driven, highly detailed environment Ability to multi-task and meet daily deadlines Ability to work quickly and efficiently Must be able to work well under pressure Must be dependable Be a quick learner and self-starter Must be able to work in a team setting with a positive attitude Must have good attention to detail Good problem solving and communication skills (both oral and written) #J-18808-Ljbffr Nexstar Media Group, Inc.
