Marketing Communications Specialist

Supporting the marketing execution for financial advisors, the full-time remote DIFM Marketing Admin will manage content scheduling, website edits, and client support to ensure a polished digital presence for multiple clients. Key responsibilities Schedule and execute monthly marketing calendars for blogs, emails, and social media posts Complete website edits and coordinate with developers for complex changes on behalf of clients Provide timely client support through live chat, addressing inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed Required qualifications Experience in a client-facing or marketing operations role, preferably in a SaaS or digital services environment Familiarity with content scheduling, website management, or digital marketing workflows Proficiency in English (speaking, understanding, reading, and writing) required Experience with HubSpot preferred but not required Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to changing environments and new tools
