Solutions Analyst

We need a Solutions Analyst focused on logistics, trade (import and or export) and warehousing. Oracle Transportation Management and Global Order Promising (both in Oracle Fusion/Cloud) as well as warehouse management experience is preferred. Cost: Same as Brian. Location: Lake Mary, FL.

Duration: Long Term

Specific Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead transportation, trade and warehouse related topics as part of the ERP transformation project
• Create scenarios and use cases to provide a complete understanding of business requirements
• Understand, interpret, and define business requirements to the appropriate level of detail to enable accurate and timely design, build and implementation
• Review and understand reporting requirements as they relate to the designated processes
• Participate in functional and technical design reviews providing input into solid architectural design
• Build test scripts to enable thorough testing of system functionality
• Assist with QA of finished product prior to user acceptance testing
• Assist with data conversion activities as needed to support designated functions
• Manage UAT execution of transportation, trade and warehouse functionality and coordinate/train other users in UAT
• Create SOPs and training materials
• Train users on new processes
• Participate in roll out planning and production walk throughs
• Establish and support a positive work environment based on mutual respect, trust, honesty, team work and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred
• Experience with a transformational technology project preferred
• Logistics, trade (import and export) and/or warehouse experience preferred
• Oracle Transportation Management, Global Trade Management or Warehouse Management knowledge preferred
• Strong PC skills, including word, excel, outlook and access
• Self-motivated, highly adaptable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Work throughout the organization as a team player
• Desire and ability to learn and apply new concepts and techniques
• Lead employees and translate the vision of the company into actionable plans
• Able to occasionally travel up to 10% of the time
