EssentialDuties andResponsibilities:

• TrainAdvisors to greet everycustomer that enters our facilitywith hospitalityand thehighest level of respect
• TrainAdvisors to present thebest solution to properly repairourcustomer'svehicle in away that is easy forthem tounderstand
• Managethestore's workflow in aneffective and efficientmanner
• TrainAdvisors to possess theability to consistently andeffectively sell ourserviceswithout jeopardizinghonesty and integrity
• Maintainapositive attitude andteam atmosphere at all times
• Usethephone in a professionalmanner, always with theintention of creating along-termrelationship betweenthe store, yourself and the customer
• Superviseand direct employees
• Preparebusiness goals for eachmonth as well as each year
• Toactin aprofessional mannerthat reflects thequalityorganization you represent
• Alwaysproject an attitudeof honesty and integrity
• Direct,coordinate, andparticipate in performing customer serviceactivities asdictated by workload
• Ensurethatall work is performedto proper specifications
• Assistotheremployees asneeded

Requirements

Educationand/or ExperiencePreferences:

• Fiveyearsrelated experienceand/or training; orequivalent combination of educationandexperience.
• Graduationfrom an industryrecognized service training program alsopreferred by notrequired.

Certificates,Licenses andRegistration Preferences:

• Current driver's license
• Proofofminimum state requiredinsurance on personalvehicle.
• Drivingrecord acceptable to ourcurrent insurance carrier.
