Accounts Payable Specialist
We are hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Plymouth, WI. This is an addition to a growing team and you will be responsible for full-cycle AP for a successful manufacturer. If you have at least three years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Accurately code and enter vendor invoices
- Three way matching of purchase orders to invoices to receipts
- Reconcile issues with invoices and provide resolution
- Perform weekly check runs
Requirements:
- Three or more years of accounts payable experience
- Manufacturing background desired
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree desired
- Comfortable working in multiple systems
