*Responsibilities*

* Handle litigation matters from pre-suit through trial.
* Develop case strategy and lead matters toward successful resolution.
* Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial.
* Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently.
* Advocate fearlessly on behalf of clients against large corporations and insurance companies.

*Qualifications*

* Active membership in the Florida Bar.
* Significant trial experience.
* Strong litigation, courtroom, and advocacy skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Ability to work well on a team and respond constructively to feedback.
* A competitive, client-focused mindset.

*Preferred*

* Experience in plaintiff injury or disability litigation.
* Moot Court or Mock Trial experience.
* A demonstrated record of strong results.
