This position will be a key member of the Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) team in support of the final design, development, production, integration, test, and delivery of this critical capability focused on the coordination, development, and execution of a test program for the next-gen system In this role you will:Support requirements definition for new labs and tests, development of an integrated test plan, and various levels of involvement in test execution.Support systems hardware/software integration, test planning, and execution.Support the development of products needed to conduct testing at factory and in orbit.Support the generation of system test requirements.Support development of key system-level risk reduction test bedHave excellent organization and troubleshooting skills and be proficient in understanding hardware/software design, requirements generation, product development, test execution, and verification activities.This position is contingent on program award, expected in 3Q 2026.Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information The information below includes the standard job description for this position:-Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.Basic QualificationsExperience in Test preparation activities and test execution. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment. Ability to obtain a DOD SECRET Security Clearance. Thus US Citizenship is required Desired SkillsBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline2+ years of systems engineering and/or integration experience:Experience post-CDR program execution for space and/or ground programDemonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change.Experience in SATCOM testing (to include planning or conducting)Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, use of system test beds and/or other high-fidelity risk reduction environmentsActive Secret or TS# Space NSS Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
