Director of Information Technology

We are seeking an experienced Director of IT Services to lead enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud operations, service delivery, and technology modernization initiatives for a large state healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Cloud, Infrastructure, Network & IT Operations
Oversee IT Service Desk & End-User Support
Manage Cybersecurity, Compliance & Risk
Establish ITSM governance, KPIs, SOPs, and executive reporting
Partner with CIO/CTO and technology leadership

Key Skills: Cloud Infrastructure, Network & Telecom, IT Operations, ITSM, Cybersecurity, Vendor Management, Cloud Migration, Disaster Recovery, Governance & Compliance.
