A law firm seeks a Tax Attorney with over four years of corporate and transactional tax experience for its New York City, NY office. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Duties
- Provide legal advice on corporate and transactional tax matters.
- Draft and review tax-related documents and agreements.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tax strategies.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on tax issues.
Requirements
- Bar admission in one or more states where the firm has an office and where the candidate desires to reside.
- Over four years of experience in corporate and transactional tax law.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Bar admission in relevant state(s).
Skills
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
- Ability to develop and implement tax strategies.
