Program Manager

Role Overview:
The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex programs involving multiple interconnected projects. The role requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, risk management, and the ability to drive projects toward broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets
Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams
Work with project managers and cross-functional teams
Track program progress, risks, dependencies, and issues
Communicate program status and mitigation strategies to stakeholders
Ensure alignment and integration across projects
Resolve complex issues spanning multiple project teams
Evaluate program results against defined success criteria
Conduct post-program reviews and identify process improvements

Required Skills:

Program/project management experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
Risk and issue management
Program/project management methodologies and tools
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
PMP/PgMP certification is a plus
