PTR Global seeks an entry-level IT Help Desk Agent to support a leading Insurance Client. This contract role covers 12 months with potential extension, and shifts include 3 days in the office with 2 remote days; some shifts are fully remote. The ideal candidate has basic computer knowledge, familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
