Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM



Pay Rate: $53.06 - $61.91 Per Hour

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Local Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry for an exciting opportunity in Wichita Falls, Texas . The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring cardiac patients, providing direct patient care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Telemetry experience preferred.
• Strong cardiac monitoring and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
