Automotive Title Specialist

Title ClerkMills Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Title Clerk for a Full-Time position. Applicant must demonstrate good administration, organizational and communication skills.Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of CDK computer system preferred but not required.Previous title work experience is required. Must have a working knowledge of the automotive title process.We Offer:Health, Dental, Medical, Vision after 60 days401KPaid Time OffResponsibilities:Process title work for Retail and Wholesale work.Re-assign all trade titlesPrepare titles for auctionsPerform basic and routine accounting functionsMaintain Title logFollow-up on all titles/issues with department heads and/or customersStock in all new vehicles including dealer tradesMaintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts for Tag and Title.Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned.Requirements:Previous automotive dealership accounting experience requiredWorking knowledge of title processesProficient with standard DMV computer software and accounting softwareExcellent customer service and communication skills
