Estate Grounds & Marine Assistant

Overview The Estate Grounds & Marine Assistant supports the daily upkeep, presentation, and functionality of the estate’s outdoor spaces, waterfront areas, and marine operations. This role assists with landscaping, dock maintenance, exterior organization, and general property support to ensure the estate remains exceptionally maintained, operationally efficient, and guest‑ready at all times. Primary Responsibilities Oversees dock and waterfront maintenance Support vessel readiness Assist captain on Moksha as needed between HP, MIA and DC Relief captain as needed Assist landscaping and grounds upkeep, including Killway property Maintain outdoor equipment and storage organization Support estate setup and logistics for outdoor activities and events Storm prep and readiness Monitor exterior property conditions and report maintenance needs Assist Estate Operation manager with general outdoor projects and upkeep Future floating pool maintenance and repositioning Water‑sports maintenance and safety Reports to Captain and Grounds Manager Qualifications Ability to quickly assess problems, identify appropriate solution, and see to resolution. Must be proactive. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management Able to walk, climb, lift, squat, kneel, pull and reach overhead on a routine and repetitive basis Possesses good vision (may be corrected vision) and the ability to hear, understand and communicate English Available and willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr M.c.-Dean,-Inc.
