What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you'll be the bridge between tenants, property managers, and our corporate office-keeping everything running smoothly and professionally. Responsibilities include:

• Complete general administrative task for leadership
• Acting as the first point of contact for tenants and visitors-managing phone inquiries, scheduling, and correspondence
• Supporting on-site personnel and ensuring timely communication across teams
• Coordinating lease renewals, notices, rent collection, security deposit refunds, and legal processes
• Maintaining accurate tenant records, files, and financial data in MRI property management software
• Assisting with tenant move-ins, inspections, and fit-outs
• Collaborating with tenants and management to resolve issues and deliver top-tier customer service
• Supporting property technologies including surveillance, call box, and directory systems
• Traveling occasionally to local properties for signage, inspections, and tenant meetings

What You Bring to the Table

• Prior experience in commercial property manager preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general tech savvy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Financial acumen-comfortable calculating percentages, interest, and commissions
• Team player attitude with flexibility and professionalism
